This Scottish lake has truly had a remarkable year, marked by the most extensive quest for the legendary aquatic creature in over fifty years. During the summer, over 300 volunteers eagerly joined forces to keep a watchful eye on the Loch, hoping to catch a glimpse of the fabled dinosaur that is said to dwell within its waters.

Based on a survey of 2,000 individuals, Loch Ness has emerged as the top destination on the travel wish lists of Brits.
The Scottish Highlands and Cornwall's Eden Project have also secured prominent positions in the top three according to the poll results. Noteworthy selections included the iconic White Cliffs of Dover in Kent, the scenic Scottish Coastline and London's Kew Gardens.
