Onion The Parrot Has A Scottish Accent And It’s Just Hilarious

Onion, the parrot with a Scottish accent, never fails to incite laughter. This African grey parrot, named Onion after the Still Game dog, has become an overnight sensation thanks to a video shared by Cody Stoddart. Cody's video captures some of her favorite moments with Onion at their home in Edinburgh. What truly distinguishes Onion from other talking parrots is her distinctive Scottish (Edinburgh) accent, which uncannily resembles Mrs. Doubtfire or a Scottish granny!

Cody enthusiastically said, "She is everything to me, truly like my little best friend." The bird owner continued to elucidate why Onion's videos have become so popular: "I assume her videos have become somewhat viral because not many people have encountered a parrot with an accent."
